Bringing the discipline of acrobatic training to the gym provides a uniquely challenging and fun dimension to the usual fitness routine. Most importantly, Lorelei believes that fitness must be fun, challenging the mind along with the body to insure long-term success.  A devotee of Sankalpah yoga, and an avid swimmer, Lorelei continues to explore fitness options - kettlebells, pilates, ballet, spinning and Lotte Berke based methods along with gymnastics.  Lorelei is constantly challenging herself in new ways, bringing that continuing education to her clients. Sharing her experiences with her clients - from her successful weight loss strategies to coping and recovering from injury and illness , Lorelei provides an empathetic ear along with the techniques needed to accomplish goals swiftly.
